One of the great college players of all-time at USC, Fred started fast in the majors, becoming the only player to win The Rookie of the Year Award and AL MVP in the same season. Voted to the American League All-Star team, nine consecutive times, Fred hit the only Grand Slam in All-Star Game history, leading to his MVP crown in the 1983 Game. A four-time Gold Glover, Fred Lynn is one of the greatest center-fielders of all-time.
